Ordered food from here his Sunday evening. I made a mistake ordering by forgetting to order fries. I rang the North End Road branch in Fulham and asked the Manager if I could add it to my order and would pay for the fries in cash as I had already paid online. He refused to help. When the food arrived I noticed the instructions for my order had not been met. So I rang the restaurant again and the Manager refused to correct the order. I did make the mistake of asking for 2 thighs, 1 wing and 1 breast when in fact my order was only 3 peices. He used this as his excuse not to correct the mistake again even though there was no thighs and I received cokeinstead of still water. He was rude and I informed him I would put this review up. He just shouted down the phone at me so I hung up. I just rang the restaurant to advise the Manager that I was posting the review and he had left for the day. I asked the shift manager for the managers name and he refused to give me the name. He then started shouting at me on the phone when I asked why he didn't want to tell me the Manager's name and said he was going to post a complaint against me stating I was a problem customer. It's plain to see that the Manager has conditioned his staff to be of no help to customers and to treat them like trash. AVOID THIS BRANCH...
Read moreI ordered a delivery via kfc.co.uk. Firstly there was no option to edit your order online, so I called the shop to ensure I could change the order when it came through. They confirmed that it was ok, then did as instructed and gave them the order number to make the necessary changes. This was due to someone I was ordering for being allergic to an ingredient, which I made clear to them. They confirmed on the phone that the changes were made. The food arrived and it was incorrect, I called the shop to ask if they could resend the correct food, they said they couldn't (it simply wasn't possible apparently) and told me to either call customer service or pick it up myself! Even after admitting they sent the wrong food. I called customer service who said it's the shops responsible. The customer service representative was so shocked that she called the shop on my behalf. They assured the agent, and me that my food was going to be in the next delivery and it simply didn't turn up. We placed the order at 5.30pm and I was still chasing at 8.00pm. To start the store was in total disarray when we walked in which should've been the first warning, team members pushing past past and shouting over each other about how they should be doing their jobs. When we finally were acknowledged and tried to order the person taking our order (who was a senior team member) asked us what we wanted and as soon as we started he turned around and walked away. 20 minutes waiting for pretty basic meals which isn't a huge deal, but it was only at this point that we were told that they didn't actually have any chicken and they'd have to give us wings instead (no mention that they weren't regular wings and were in fact hot wings). To add a final insult to injury when we got home (fairly short walk) we found that our chips were not only stone cold but one packet was literally half empty.
I've eaten KFC on 3 different continents and this store and its team is the single greatest discredit...
