McDonald's — Restaurant in London

I Was served by Sabah.I asked for A filet burger with fries as i had a £1.99 voucher.I asked for some pickle , a tomato & some reasonable amount of Tater sauce. I asked her to show me the burger before placing in the bag as in the past the burgers had not been made to an edible manner: less sauce, bun sticking to the box etc. Sabah showed me the burger which not suitable, totally less sauce, little cheese and some sauce on the box than in the burger. Sabah said she will get another burger. All of a sudden another crew member named Zain said to me, you will need to pay 20p extra for the pickle and sauce. I clearly stated that i've never paid extra as it was never told to me today or previous visits. i called a shift manager whose name i think was prince, I called him over to show him the burger. He said he will make another burger. I questioned him why there was less than half cheese on the burger, he stated since McD began, they've used only less cheese in all burgers: that is not correct McD, as since last 34 Yrs ive been eating burgers @ McD and nver had i seen less than half cheese. Burger came & reasonably ok. I Asked sabah to get me hot fries as the ones she gave me were cold. After bringing the new fries asked for a bag, she abrubtly in a rude manner said:~ WAIT your turn now, i'm busy with another customer. I said you don't need to rude and bitchy to me. She said don't be rude to me and just wait your turn. All of a sudden Zain came towards me and said get out or i will get security to chuck you out. I was like all i want is a bag, Zain said no ur not getting a bag. There was no managers around. The secuirty mand sad to sabah, please give him a bag. I was given it & left. This whole scenario was bad & I was insulted, Lied too, abused and embraced in front of a packed restaurant .Will NOT Tolerate this behaviour form McD and /or its crew members.I would like a full investigation of why i was indeed treated like this. I've mentioned this on TWITTER & Posted a pic of the 1st burger that was given. I can provide pic if u need it. BAD SERVICE! RUDE STAFF!

One thing it is too crowded in Friday evenings, but, there are so many terminals where you can click your order, like 10-16. The thing is that they are not connected (or not all of them) to the banking via internet so you end up not being able to pay for your order there. You still get a slip with your order number and a list of what you ordered, and as usually this is written on every order-number slips, it has a text saying bring it to the front. This is always what you supposed to do so I did not get suspect at first. But after waiting half an hour, seeing a few people running around with hand payment terminals I supposed I pay on receipt of food. Clearly this was NOT the case. As the crowd grew I got furious and wanted to leave so I went up to the guy and asked him about the slip. He said first I have to pay it and only then I will get my order... Fine, I paid, why could you not tell this when the machine printed that slip?????? Then waited another lenghy time and my order number disappeared from the screen.... I went up to another person and asked them what happened to my order... Then finally I got the food. Never visiting this place again... Why the hell you do not write up somewhere with large caps at first place that if the order terminal does not accept payment then go line up at front before you could get your stuff?? Also how you could lose my order number without giving me the food first??...

Typical McDonald's with usual menu but somehow not in the vanguard of technology like other stores, this place gets packed after an Wembley arena event as you'll expect, I understand staff is expensive to have it for just a couple hours but other stores have self order machines which increases drastically the time of wait and you'll only need staff to give the food and prepare it pretty much the same level of staff as on my visit but with much more capacity of taking orders, if not this self order devices you can always choose to have a couple staff taking orders in the queue like I saw in some places in Central London guests only need to pay on pick up the items which again is faster. We were waiting for 30 to 45 minutes in the queue now, many guests left due to large queues, if investing in something standard in other stores would increase the speed of service which means more money per same period of time. Now I'm talking in a Wembley arena show level of people in futebol days this is increased exponentially. Other then this low speed the store is as usual, clean and with places to seat and enjoy your purchased meal, security is also present which increases the sense of safeness when this after events meals happen.
