Mo’s Indian. Mo’s pizza — Restaurant in London

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats the other day, I needed some comfort food after a long day so I bought a curry with some rice and bread. When the delivery was about to arrive the order was suddenly cancelled and refunded. I was a bit annoyed but figured there had been an issue, I really wanted my comfort food so I ordered the same straight away. I received a call from the restaurant, the guy asked me why I ordered twice and I explained I never got the food but the money was refunded so I reordered - he answered that to him to food was made and delivered. He was very unprofessional, said they were not going to make another one without the money from the first order, told me to figure it out with Uber Eats and hanged up on me. So I had to call their customer service, explain the situation and the operator confirmed they were supposed to make the order again, called them to convince them and they didn't even listen to him! They refused to make it still, after the 20 minute wait I just asked the operator for a second refund and he did it straight away. Got the money back and ordered the same from another nearby Indian restaurant on Uber, the food was delivered flawlessly with some extras in it too. Update: just ordered another pizza as we were very happy from first time. This time delivery was over an hour and the people who answered the phone were horrible. No even basic customer service provided. One person answered the phone told us 'we have to be appreciated at least they are serving pizza' cause they are so busy. This is totally understandable but you can't keep tell people their pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes and then every time customer call you add another fifteen minutes till they become sick and tired of waiting. Will reduce my rating(from 5 to 2) cause of very bad customer service. Yes they do nice and different pizzas but will not going back because of their attitudes. As i found this place to order i can find another place also serves delicious pizza but with better customer service approach. Hope they realise what they do to their potential loyal customers soon before they destroy their business.

Ordered my food to eat in and found a long piece of hair on my chips. I've told them and they took the chips away and gave me another but this time half the chips. No apologies for the hair that was found and the workers at the back where saying the hair was probably mine and blaming me for it.
