I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to the bar, primarily due to my interaction with one of your staff members. Unfortunately, she seemed unhappy to be at work and exhibited a rude demeanor that was not conducive to a positive customer experience. I was in a hurry and ordered a focaccia, but after nearly ten minutes, I asked if it could be expedited. Her response was discouraging; she mentioned how many hours she had been working and implied that I was interrupting her conversation with other customers, which I did not observe. While I appreciate that staff can have challenging days, it is vital that this does not impact service quality. I do hope you can address this situation, as the attitude from this particular employee overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of your establishment. FINALLY an authentic Italian cafe with mouthwatering, high-quality food and absolutely fantastic coffee! I had a delicious cappuccino which reminded me of Italy and the service was personable and impeccable. I am Italian so I know what I'm talking about. I had a great experience and chats with Francesco, but my encounters with the woman who works there were always awkward. Whenever someone she knows orders a coffee, she tends to ignore other customers. While I understand this might be part of her idea of fostering a community atmosphere (and I’ve seen some comments that support this), to me, it just felt off—and honestly, kind of rude.
