Morleys Walworth Road — Restaurant in London

I’m a Uber rider, I visited the restaurant to receive the order which was with me for more than mins. When I arrived the order wasn’t ready; the staff was busy I offered courtesy and waited for more than 10 mins. When the food was being packed the staff with the Beard and earring in his left ear asked me to start the trip before handing over to me and was still packing. I replied politely and professionally, I can’t start before you hand over the food, and also there was a QR code needed to be scanned. The staff then gave part of the order to scan the QR code but other part of it was still with him on his table. I said him again to give me the full order I can start the trip the Customer has been contacting me as they have guests to be served. The staff refused to handover and stated attending his other chores and customers and kept the order aside.

This is something unprofessional, when starting to deliver with Uber; it has a system and training where they haven’t mentioned us to accept orders when they’re packed and start the trip before even having in hand. The staff is poor, no one else intervened and tried to give away the order. The other customers who came in; even they asked me to report the rudeness...

Horrible people. Rude and unprofessional staff. Sri Lankan guy and Bangali guy were standing and doing nothing. Place was not clean. Even the chairs had food droppings . We went as couple. My husband asked the wipes to clean the table and chair himself . Sri Lankan guy on till and one Bangali guy both were so rude and said one wipe one person . My husband said I will pay you for wipes and they started being rude and disrespectful. He didn’t even care that I was pregnant and we asked to pay for wipes even though it was their job to clean tables.Sri Lankan guy was very unethical and manner less. He told us that he is not going to serve us food or make any sale let alone the wipes . These people were just so horrible so we left the place . Manner less , rude and inconsiderate employees are running this business. This place is going to fail . Horrible experience. I wouldn’t even recommend it...

Hello everyone, I have awful experience at this place today unfortunately,staff is very rude and unprofessional not serving the customer and place is very dirty. Staff was standing and chatting to each other instead of serving the customer . Bangali / Sri Lanka language was being spoken . These people were mocking the customers in their own language and just chilling . No order was being prepared . I was regular customer but due to staff rude and disrespectful behaviour I would not be going back to this place . I am also going to report to authorities for their unhygienic and dirty regime .
