Nando's Brent Cross — Restaurant in London

Waited in a queue for a while was approached by Josh who was happy to help other people directing them to their tables. Josh told us to "go upstairs" so I asked what table? are you not going to show us? he said no just go upstairs my colleague will show you so I told him that isn't what he said then he proceeded to ask me with an attitude are you ok? to which my daughter asked him if he was ok as we do not work here and wasnt clear. When we got upstairs his colleague Abid was more helpful he asked if we had a table when I explained he helped us regardless.

We then went to the till and was served by Tianna very lovely, warm and very patient. I then went to get Josh's name from his name tag and again with his rubbish attitude said is there a problem? I didn't respond I knew it would be a waste of time.

Throughout our meal we were looked after despite the negative experience by Josh who really should be placed somewhere away from customer as there is zero customer service. I would like to praise ABID, TIANNA, EMA so lovely and absolutely attentive. Thank you guys.

Josh could learn a thing or two from these guys. Uniform/position means nothing buddy you lack customer service.

The fully loaded chips are amazing 10/10 The fully loaded wrap is apparently a winner too I'm told. 😋

I couldn’t count how many times I come to Nando’s. They are, to me, providing one of the juiciest and tastiest grilled peri-peri chicken.

This branch has set a bar of customer service high. All the staff there were so responsive, quickly handling all the customers as well as attentive, monitoring what they can do for customers like they should be there before being asked.

Magdy is one of the example. She was so helpful, initiatively helping us to get the spoons (as we ordered a spicy rice). She offered us a take-away box as she saw us left two pieces of chicken on the plate. Well that was not the end. She surprised me and my wife putting the sauce exactly the same with what we had during we ate our lunch.

What an excellent customer service! Definitely come back to Nando’s...

It was very busy when we were there but luckily we found free spot to sit upstairs. I guess that must be the reason we received our order pretty late and also wrong. Although we ordered only one type of fries, we received two because they didn’t pay attention that we changed the second side with something else. However, the waitress who served us was so kind and apologised many times. In my opinion, the best thing about here is to be able reach all the sauces for free and having the freedom of creating your own choices. You can choose to have a very healthy meal or complete junk food; totally up to you 🤷‍♀️The most important thing is you need to download the app to order and to pay for your find, which I find not so convenient but I guess I would give there one...
