one particular rude staff member. Visted the nandoes today in collierswood and I will not be returning back. The food wasn't the problem. The staff however was so rude, we packed up our belongings and left. As we entered the restaurant we was rudly told to scan the board to join the Que. We did as requested, and about 4 minutes later she returned and asked us to "come this way" with added attitude. This instantly made us feel unwelcome as if we were some what an inconvenience to her on her PAID shift. From there it continued. The waiting staff wasn't as rude but were so zombie like, uninterested and just 0 customer service was present. After being seated and ordered the food I was monitoring the staff present. And all I can say is I'm extremly disappointed and feel very sad for what used to be a nice place to eat. The lady inparticular who seated us (black lady, long braids, fleece jumper) was walking around with the face of a slapped arse. If looks could kill, I would be dead right about now. Witnessed her rudely seat other customers, when they sat in the wrong space, she tapped another table and said "over here" with a dirty look on her face. A few minutes later that same rude lady walked past us mumbling things under her breath one saying "don't know why everyone is being so aggy".. er excuse me? From then we spoke to the manager, a young gentleman who didn't actually seem bothered nor attempted to apologise.. all he said was "I will pass the message on".. I feel this feedback is crucial for other customers not to feel how myself partner and disabled sister had to feel whilst spending money in this very well known establishment. If you would like a pleasant meal without rude staff. Then please DO NOT visit this one. I hope this feedback gets back to the right people considering the manager didn't care, and train their staff for a better dining experience in future. Read moreA Shocking Experience at Nando’s Colliers Wood – Saturday, 8th February at 2 PM. I had a truly mind-blowing experience at Nando’s Colliers Wood when I went to collect my order with my son. As it was busy, I stood patiently at the main door, waiting for a staff member to assist me. While I waited, two gentlemen entered and stood behind me.
To my shock, when an assistant came over, she completely ignored my presence and immediately addressed the two gentlemen, asking if they were dining in or collecting. I couldn’t believe what I had just witnessed. Thankfully, before they could even respond, the gentlemen pointed out that I was there before them. Yet, even after this, the assistant simply asked me if I was dining in or collecting—without offering so much as an apology.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. In this day and age, it is disheartening to see such treatment still occurring. Even if she had genuinely not noticed me, the right thing to do would have been to acknowledge her mistake with a simple, “I’m sorry, I didn’t see you.” Instead, I was left questioning whether my presence was ignored due to my chocolate skin tone—was I too dark to be noticed in broad daylight? Should I try again at night?
No one should have to feel invisible or disregarded in such a manner. I truly hope Nando’s takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for their staff, so no one else has to experience such treatment. PS:Check Staff at 2pm on Sat...

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from MJ, a manager at the Nando's Colliers Wood branch. As a loyal Nando's customer for the past 20 years, I've had the opportunity to dine at various locations, but none have left me as impressed as my recent visit to Colliers Wood.
From the moment we walked in, MJ's professionalism and attention to detail were evident. He greeted us warmly and took the time to ensure our order was prepared exactly to our liking. Despite my unusual request for well-done corn (bordering on burnt), MJ executed it flawlessly, exceeding my expectations.
