Worst experience ever, DO NOT GO!! There are much better places and others Nandos around the corner. Was served by Alexis (avoid at all costs) and she has the worst petty & bratty attitude I’ve seen in a person. Dropped of the food and she smirked ‘you’re welcome’, asked for some plates and she pointed and said with an attitude “they’re over there”. Then there was an error with the food (the chicken was supposed to be half extra half lemon and herb), it all came out extra hot. It’s not the end of the world so I didn’t make a huge fuss or speak in a rude way, I just asked if we could have it changed. Most waiters would just apologise and move on. She just grabbed it, rolled her eyes and went on. A few minutes later she brings back the sides and says the chicken will come in 5 mins. I’m sure like most people, we’d like to eat our mains with our sides together and all hot, so I asked if it could all come remade together so the sides don’t get cold while we wait for the chicken to come. She just grabbed the plate, rolled her eyes again muttering away with an absolute attitude. Then spoke to other staff members about her attitude and said I wanted to raise a complaint, I’ve never bothered to raise a formal complaint because even if something goes wrong, it’s not that deep. But people like her need to be taught not to act like a spoilt brat. They then spoke to her and she removed her name badge, in an attempt to hide her name from being mentioned in a review/complaint. They asked what I wanted and I said an apology from her, she didn’t have the guts not decency to apologise, I suppose not everyone is raised by their parents to speak to other people with decency/taught to take accountability and apologise for trash like behaviour. I was genuinely baffled as to why people have an attitude like that, especially when you’re working in customer service. I think the restaurant should seriously reconsider having her as an employee and representative of their company. Read moreAverage food with a severe lack of customer service from staff. Upon arrival we asked to wait alongside people waiting for their takeaway while they prepared our table, it took one waiter and one manager to clean our table and a mere 5-7 minutes.
I went to grab plates and sauces but there was no plates there, so took the sauces and sat back down, I noticed the sauces were dirty (see pictures). Then the food came and the slothy waitress told us we can grab plates and pointed towards where I had been before, there still were no plates there so I asked the waitress which got me two plates. Another waitress came to ask how our food was and walked away while I was answering her, very not interested. The final disappointment came when I visited the toilet before leaving, out of the 2 toilets one were wet and the other one dirty. Read moreWent yesterday evening with a friend we've been there many times, however we could see it was busy and was told that chicken on the bone is going to take 25 minutes. Still it was our choice to stay. One ordered chicken wings and one ordered boneless thighs and two sides each, of course! We prepared to chat have our bottomless drinks and wait. To our surprise though the boneless meal came almost immediately so one person was left watching the other one eat. We'd expected that the food for our table would arrive together as why would we want to eat separately. We checked with the staff and the manager came over to apologise and explain the reason for the wait and was told they'd do their best to hurry up the other meal, still the experience of a dine out together was not the best.
