Nando's Streatham — Restaurant in London

My aunt an I went there yesterday for afternoon lunch out. On arrival it was as busy as expected so we readied ourselves for a long wait...(I originally wanted 3 breast as I don't really like thigh or legs but was told that was not allowed). After ordering and making specific requests(Chicken well-done,large fries,two bottomless drinks) 1st mistake only one drink paid for.We paid again and sat chatting at our table awaiting our order.About 15 mind later our order arrived-no large fries but a small single and the breast part of the chicken was undercooked! Politely, I requested for the chicken to be redone and also enquired that we receive another fries-the waitress Social was very helpful and also apologetic. She said that she would get the fries and I can await a fresh piece of breast chicken. The fries arrived,and because my aunts a diabetic she already started her me,so I began to eat what I had in front of me.45 minutes later I finally got Sonia attention. I informed her that I was still waiting on my chicken breast! Again very apologetic she assured me that a new peice of breast chicken would be cooked for me as I had experienced such problems. She reiterated breast, medium spicy and said because my meal was already complete would I like to take it away- to which I agreed.She also gave me extra fries for the inconvenience. Okay,when I got home,I opened the box to find though the top of the box indicates breast,a leg and thigh was inside!Waste of time effort and my hard earned monies. If I'd have known I would have gone to KFC...quarter of the price and I would get exactly what I asked for..1st...

Don't bother getting food delivered from here, you will end up starving... We had a movie night at home, so ordered food for delivery, they said it would be approx 35 mins. We live 5 mins drive from the branch, so after an hour waiting rang both, the branch and central customer services. After ringing the branch (took about 15mins for them to pick the phone up), the guy said the food is on its way, it had left the restaurant about 2 mins before. Meanwhile my bf kept holding on to customer services to provide some feedback. After another 10mins wait (about 25mins holding in total) he got through. Customer services also checked with the restaurant about the order and we were told that the food has NOT left the restaurant as its been busy. So we got different information and by that time were really hungry and rather frustrated. If we would have been informed about the delay or told that it was such a hassle getting it delivered, we would have gone to pick it up. As a result of the service received we told them not to bother with our order and refund the money. We ended up getting food from elsewhere. Both, the false information provided (35mins should not be 1.5hr no matter what) and how the issue was handled has left us rather disappointed, havent experienced so rubbish service anywhere else. No more Nandos for a while,...

I attended Nando's in Streatham with a large group of people. I told the security guard, O. Adejayan, and a waitress called Anna that I understood that we were too many people, so we would not mind if we sat separately. Anna initially told me that she would do that, but then 4 people showed up and they not only sat them before us, but when I challenged O. Adejayan and Anna, they told us that we had to wait. I asked her why they were sitting people that got there after us, when I had specifically told them to sit us separately. O Adejayan was quite rude and abrupt with us, just telling us to sit and wait that they were sorting things out. I asked Anna why they were doing this, and Anna told me that it was "against the law" sitting a group separately. I was very frustrated and left with my group because we nobody gave us a reasonable excuse for mistreating us like this. When we were leaving, O Adejayan pushed the door against one of us, swearing at us. That was very unprofessional and actually criminal.
