I recently had one of the most shocking and unpleasant experiences at OODLES. As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I went there to pick up a customer’s order, expecting a routine collection. However, what unfolded was beyond disgraceful. The staff had carelessly given the order to another rider without verifying their details, resulting in the order being stolen. Instead of taking responsibility for their glaring mistake, the staff’s behavior was appalling and utterly unprofessional. Rather than apologizing or addressing the situation calmly, they chose to lash out at me—an innocent driver with no involvement in their incompetence. The staff member in question was not only rude but aggressive and confrontational. He loudly proclaimed that he would “punish all Uber delivery drivers” and outright refused to prepare or hand over the correct order. His exact words were that even if ten Uber drivers came in, they would all leave empty-handed. The sheer arrogance and hostility in his tone were shocking, as if delivery drivers were to blame for their mismanagement. To make matters worse, when I tried to explain the situation and calm things down, the staff member continued to argue, raising his voice and dismissing everything I said. He showed no willingness to listen or resolve the issue professionally. Instead, his attitude was condescending and accusatory, as if I was at fault for their clear oversight. The lack of basic respect and decency was beyond belief. This experience speaks volumes about the toxic environment and poor customer service at OODLES. Delivery drivers work tirelessly, often under difficult conditions, to ensure customers receive their meals on time. We are part of the system that keeps restaurants like this running, and to be met with such disgraceful and hostile behavior is unacceptable. The staff’s arrogance and blatant disrespect reflect extremely poorly on the restaurant’s management and overall culture. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice. If they treat delivery drivers with such contempt, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their customers. Professionalism, respect, and accountability are clearly foreign concepts to the staff at OODLES. Avoid this place at all costs if you value fair treatment and basic human decency. There are plenty of better restaurants with staff who understand the meaning of respect and...

Read moreAnother Uber Eats delivery this was actually recommended by me brother who ordered here before, honestly speaking food looked quality, the delivery was fast too, but disappointed with the taste. My brother and me both disappointed, more to do with the taste itself.
Taste quality was poor, very watered down. We ordered 3 SMALL BOX’S , Box#1(Vegetable Noodles, Spicy Chips, BBQ Sauce chicken with Fish fry), Box#2(Vegetable Noodles, Spicy Chips, Chilli Chicken with Kung Po Chicken) Box#3(Vegetable Noodles, Spicy Chips, Chilli Prawns with Crispy Chicken)
Overall, personally I think Oodles is totally failed on the taste bit on the quality of food too, very watered down. Sorry to say.
This is my first time here, not sure if I will give another try, maybe I might to see if they actually take on board...
