Purchased a sausage roll,it was contaminated with a piece of orange plastic,I reported it to them,they offered me £10 then £20 e voucher which I accepted. When I tried to use the £20 e voucher I ordered hot food,the server bagged up the food and handed it to me,I placed it all in my carrier bag,for 15 minutes 4 members of staff tried to give me the £20 discount but the e voucher code didn’t work,they kept saying I’ve used the code already so they asked me to give them back all the food I was holding for 15 minutes and they placed it all back on the shelves,talk about unhygienic! I contacted head office about this and all they did was send me a new e voucher code which I said I didn’t want to accept. Very bad...

Got a 'To Good To Go' bag. Nothing was expected and it lived up to that expectation. No problems with the variety of the bag or the service (even though one guy tried to give me one less item). He begged me for a Google review so I'm giving him one. I'll go three-star because he was a nice guy but the food is two-star rubbish. Sorry brother, I told you I'd be honest. But that's the beauty of this place, you should expect two-star food so I wasn't really disappointed.
