Well, I ate a Buffalo Chicken Burger in this branch Shakeshack at 172 Victoria St, London SW1E 5LB yesterday evening, I noticed whilst waiting for my order, I was able to see into the main food preparation area from where customers place their order and noticed 3 burger preparation staff..all male, 2 of whom had moustaches were not wearing facial disposable net covers, secondly neither of them wore disposable gloves which means they were in breach of the health and safety and food hygiene laws at work. Human hair from moustache could potentially fall onto raw or cooked food, salads etc. and indeed I didn't see any food preparation staff wash their hands as they moved from one food preparation station to another. Its highly likely the reason why around midnight last night, I got violently sick..vomiting practically all of the chicken buffalo burger I ate earlier..either because my stomach couldn't digest Buffalo sauce, or most probably as a consequence of cross-contamination of food whilst it was been prepared!!! besides the fries were far, far too salty!!! come to think of it, the chicken lacked texture, likely not free-range chicken. I shall never eat in this Burger joint AGAIN! Additionally, the food here is overpriced, not worth extortionate price for at best mediocre food! so, I wasted near £16!! and I would rather spend £21 in STREET FOOD - Gordan Ramsey, therein you will from my past experience be guaranteed prompt service, and a clear execution in careful and hygienic food preparation....and damn good tasty burger! with...

My server for the evening was Jaxon, who was not only attentive and knowledgeable about the menu but also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

As for the food, every bite was a delight to the senses. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries perfectly crispy. The quality of the ingredients truly shone through in every dish.
