Worst experience of my life, after placed an order on the deliveroo platform that has been accepted, I received a call that informed me that my order cannot be processed because the chef is not working and the intimate me to cancel my order which of course I didn't because if I cancel my order I will lose my refund so my money. After trying to explain them that they are the one that should canceled the order they hang up the phone on me for 3 times in rows without no explanation and even without understand not even a word of what they said because looks like no one of these "gentlemen" can't even speak a word of English. The fourth time after 5 min of argument they finally call the deliveroo service to cancel the order. In the end I can surely say that this is my worst experience with a delivery service and they make me and my hungry pregnant fiancé waist time and been treat in the worst rough way possible. For the second time in two months I discovered a hidden gem, happily very close to Minford Gardens, W14 where I now live. Pizza Royal in Richmond Way took me by surprise. The place where the cooking takes place is small, spotless and authentic. The pizza base is thin and delicate and the combination of black olives, Parma ham, asparagus and fresh basil is an explosion of deliciousness. I called to order a pizza. Person picked was very rude and I asked if they delivered. They put the phone down on me. I walked to the shop as I live close by. Asian boy in the shop said he didn't care if someone was rude and I didn't want to make my order.
