All my life in London I never complain in any place… but no today…terrible service.. after ordering a latte oat having a subscription the barista thought it best to put the milk she already had without preparing it, the milk was cold and half cup .. when I pointed this out she continued to make other drinks with oat so in theory mine should have been the first but instead it wasn't and what was it doing? the oat milk was boiling exceeding the temperature established by their thermometer because I didn't ask for extra hot simply an oat milk no extra hot and no cold... she looked at it with her colleague they started laughing and said this is oat milk extra hot ... and I told them I asked for a simple oat latte at the right temperature with milk not boiled and used all morning ... terrible service barista not...
Read moreSmoothies are sometimes made to order, which is good. However, sometimes they are made in advance and aren't as good. Also, there is often chunks of fruit not blended properly getting stuck in the straw - I would recommend straining any smoothies when pouring them out. Also, making them to order and not making a dozen and keeping them in the fridge.
Hot drinks are inconsistently made by different members of staff (sometimes good, sometimes not - perhaps proper training is required)
Iced hot chocolate is awful as there is a lot of suvar you find yourself crunching on.
Iced matcha isn't blended in properly and taste of milk with lumps of matcha.
Should offer a soy milk option.
Food is consistent. ................... They have stopped...
Read moreI visited putney hill location between 3-4pm today wearing work uniform and encountered a very disappointing situation. The woman, who I believe is Eastern European, tall seemed to be the manager and was wearing a red long sleeve shirt, displayed unprofessional behavior towards me. She treated me with disrespect and was extremely rude during my visit. As a tradesman, I felt judged and undervalued by her attitude. It was evident to other customers as well, who were shocked by her conduct. I was very embarrassed, I believe this individual, possibly the manager, should be relieved of her position for the sake of maintaining good customer service standards. I would appreciate it if this branch could reach out to me to discuss this...
