i had to delete my review after ordering a few times on ubereats this place is such a joke they got my order wrong 4 times in a row and each time their excuses was" they were busy". if that's an excuses for getting an order wrong then you're in the wrong businesses they don't read the order notes which is extremely bad. not only that when I called up on what ice-cream they have they told me then after one minute i order it they gave me the wrong ice-cream and said "the one i wanted ran out of stock" they could had said the before but didn't. Also yesterday i ordered 2x 5 wings meals and they gave all the wings in one box because it was the same flavour if i wanted it in one box i would say it. but theirs a reason why i ordered 2 separate portions because i want it separate not that at first i thought this place was good however after ordering a few times i realised its a complete joke its like they are running the place like headless chickens how is it possible my Oder to get messed up and wrong 3 times in a row. and when i try to get a refund uber eats doesn't allow me because it looks like suspicious activity because if you do get a refund on one odder the refund after that most likely doesn't work in the same month. I only got a refund for one Oder so my other three orders i cant get a refund. the food is good but the services is dog shoot I wanted this to be my go to place unfortunately its not I expected ,much higher from them but if they will keep getting your Oder wrong or wont listen to the notes what is the point of me even adding the notes i want to give it a lower rating but cant. and its not always about the food its about the service it has to be consistent on point only reason I'm being so hard i had enough of this of them messing up my order please tell me why when i ordered 2x 5wings meal with the same flavour all the wings came in one box and not 2 separate box because it came in one box we had to pick the wings out and give it on a plate which was a hassle we expected it in different separate boxes 5 wings in each box so we don't have to put it in a plate not only that they forgot my fries and they didn't seem to...

Unbelievably unprofessional. During the day they have amazing staff which help and even give goodwill gestures. During the evening with one particular individual on tills, this whole smiley nice friendly business changes into something crafty and devious. They normally accept card, contactless, cash and even Ubereats, Justeat etc. During the evening with this gentleman in charge, they only accept cash.

Now, we live in the 21st century with over 80% of payments done via virtual money like bank cards or contactless methods. This is either a scam robbing the business owner or the business doing cunning tactics to avoid tax which is fraud and illegal. The business operates only as business until closure which is unacceptable and this will certainly go to directgov and trading standards.

A business cannot operate in good faith, mutual trust & confidence when operating like this. During the day they’re great. Unfortunately, in the evening this is what happens and it is obnoxious and unacceptable. You should accept any sort of payments if you do generally (during the day in this case).

This unprofessional and cunning act have made me leave this review for any other customer to take notice and for the business to alter or remedy their staff if not themselves if it is what the cashier stated, “they left me in charge and my manager said cash only”. Appalling...
