We ordered a selection of patties for our Christmas Party this year and they went down a storm. We were really happy they were part of the buffet. Comments included that the patties were excellent and they wished there were more of them. Julius kept in touch through the delivery stages and made sure that everything went smoothly as possible. We would definitely recommend Rainbow's patties. They would provide a tasty and great lift to any event. We hope they may become a regular fixture. The pastry is quality and the fillings are generous. They were presented well and adequately heated. We were able to just lay them out on the table in their trays. The little bakery sells all the snacks that no self-respecting West Indian kitchen should be without - everything from patties to coconut drops. I tried the salt fish fritter, which was so greasy it soaked the paper bag in seconds. Wonderful. The seasoning was perfect but it could have done with a bit more salt fish.
