Ritto's Clapham — Restaurant in London

I was a regular customer of Rittos in ladbroke grove and became a regular when this branch opened. The new staff that started working there recently is very rude. Last week I tried to pay for extra ketchup and asked for a Pepsi, he told me very rudely go and get one and pointed to the drinks, he was rude, sarcastic and the way he gave me the ketchup was extremely insulting, tossing it in the bag and laughing at me. I tried to speak to him but he doesn't speak English. How disappointing. The person working the front and representing the business doesn't speak English and is rude so you can't reason with him lol. I asked for the boss and was told by his son he is on holiday I cancelled order and left. I gave zero stars for the food because I didn't take the order and guessing from the new guys attitude the food would have matched his character. The 1st time in my life I have seen...

Pros:

the burgers are very nice and juicy, I normally get the Mazinger or the double Ritto’s burger to takeaway. These are the best burgers in the area, the fries are of a decent standard too.

Cons:

The place is not overly clean long waiting times are common the toilets not the cheapest of places, but good quality beef the beef loaded fries are not that good ordering here if you are in a hurry. I’ve eaten twice here (chose to sit inside the restaurant both times). I watched them cook the food and I was actually quite stunned at how much passion went into cooking the burgers from scratch! I was nervous to come back a second time because my first experience was so good, I thought it might have been a flukey one-off how good it was; insanely tasty food and good/quick service.
