Shaheen Tandoori Restaurant — Restaurant in London

I love Shaheen Tandoori and restaurants that are Conscious about their food; meaning they use organic ingredients. It is such a nice excellent spot, no artificial ingredients: For chicken biryani, nihari, haleem, lamb and chicken curry, kebab and chicken tikka, no better palce than Shaheen tandoori. You can almost never go wrong with any of these items. The service is friendly, attentive and recommend great dishes.

I definitely recommend coming here for a light, enjoyable, catch up with some friends with good food time.

Had a bad experience today while ordering through just eat. I ordered saag ghost but they provide me this chana dal. How they can make this type of mistake?? I don't even eat this thing & looks too oil in it. I ordered Lamb biryani as well but it was that much dry I can't even eat more than two bite. And also rice looks like old & they mix some masala in it.

When I called them they said they can't do anything 😃 If they can't do anything then why they do mistake & why they receive orders online. I was hungry from morning but saw this food worth £20 +, worst thing. Worst service.

Visited this place after a day out on The Embankment. The décor will not flatter you but i often find with these places, its the tastes rather than the atmosphere that you remember. The food was what i would describe as 'homely' well prepared and cooked. The chicken biriyani and Lamb karahi was of particular good taste. The portions of the food are generous and kind. I would go for more of the vegetable dishes too. The butter chicken tasted different to what those regular orders of this dish can enjoy. The place is clean and toilets are hygienic.
