Fusion Grill waterloo — Restaurant in London

All I can say is I am beyond disappointed with Fusion Grill Waterloo. I ordered a lamb doner at 11:40 PM, and it didn’t arrive until 1:00 AM—yet I’m supposed to believe it was freshly served? My delivery was promised between 12:00 and 12:20 AM, but instead, I waited over an hour past the expected time for cold, subpar service.

After a long, exhausting day at work, this is the last thing anyone wants to deal with. The service was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was told to contact Uber Eats—even though the restaurant uses its own drivers and doesn’t even rely on GPRS tracking. The lack of accountability is shocking.

This was my first time ordering here, and it was based on a friend’s recommendation. I’m seriously questioning her judgment now. Fusion Grill has completely failed to deliver, both literally and figuratively. I won’t be making this...

I recently had a disappointing experience at Fusion Grill that I feel compelled to share. First and foremost, the food was not what we expected; our order was completely wrong. When we tried to resolve the issue by calling the restaurant, the situation only worsened. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and aggressive.

My sister placed the order from my phone, and when she tried to explain the mistake, he shouted at us and used abusive language. It was shocking to be treated that way, especially when we were just seeking clarification. To top it off, he cut the call without any resolution.

It’s disheartening to see staff behave this way, and it makes you question the training and customer service standards at Fusion Grill. I sincerely hope they address this issue, as it marred what could have been an enjoyable meal. I would not recommend this restaurant based on...

Given 3 stars because I ordered a GOURMET VEGE BURGER and got basicly a couple of pre fried then microwaved onion bhajis in a bun for just over £7. This was not in the item decription when ordering.

Given that they serve proper gourmet lamb an chicken burgers I expected a propa gourmet vegetable burger. A couple of vegetables blended together made into a patty would be better sold as a gourmet vege burger.
