I came to have coffee with my baby and the girl who is making the coffees does not announce them clearly and when you ask her she does not answer so I took the only coffee there was and it turned out that it was not mine, I apologised to the person and to her and she hastily tried to take the coffee from me and burnt my hand, not only did she not apologise but with a very bad attitude and a bad face she said something to me, I asked her to repeat it and she just made a very bad face looking at me.
