Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in London

Nice branch of starbucks I must say. Just on the way in to shop or the way out after shopping.

But the staff members are quiet rude and unpleasant and unbothered.

I bought 'more than two drinks' to take away and the drinks were placed on the counter and left there for me carry two in my hands and the rest, I'm not sure where or what was supposed to do with them. Had to request for a tray...which is fair enough

But found out the order was not right as i didn't get what I actually ordered for. When i tried to ask for confirmation the other staff told me thats what ive paid for though,  seeming like its my fault the order is wrong. I tried to make it clear that although thats what i apparently paid for that's not what i actually communicated that i wanted. But they all didn't really care, they just wanted me out of their way 🙄

Even right from the start, they completely ignored me and served someone right behind me whilst I was stood there waiting for whenever they were ready to serve me, I didn't want to say anything to make a fuss but when all other stuff happened after, i was...

I had a really terrible experience with this Starbucks. My partner and I visited the Starbucks today and i was doing some work so asked my partner to grab a drink for us, I asked him to scanned the Starbucks QR and as i am Starbucks employee it’s showed that its a partner id and the lady on the till asked him if he works for the Starbucks or not and he said no, its my girlfriends id, and she is standing down and I am just came here to grab a drink and the staff literally refused to give him a drink. My partner was also ready to pay for the drinks but the lady said you are doing false things and also shouted on him. I don’t think so we as a Starbucks employee provides this kind of service to the customer. My partner came down and told me about this so I asked him to lets go up and ask the lady why she refused, he said the lady shouted on him and he was literally embarrassed among all people. Picked up the wrong drink with the right name on it. Took a sip and realised it wasn't right. Went back and told them I think the drink is wrong. Then they handed me my drink with the same name. I told them I was sorry, honest mistake but they might want to make another one for the other chris. The girl behind the counter just gave me a dirty look then two minutes later they handed the drink I had been drinking to some one else. That's not all. Then the same lady asks me why I am standing waiting and I show her my e receipt - she say oh yeah "the sausage" we haven't got it. She tells me I can choose something different. So I walk to the counter and pick up the exact thing I ordered bring it back to her and say "I found them, all five of them" she did apologise but I think the staff seem to forget why they are here.
