Generous with the 2 stars here. I ordered using the Subway app which was helpful to say my order should be ready in 15 mins. Once I got there, there was only 1 member of staff and I was behind 2 people in the queue. Finally the chap served me 10 mins after it should have been ready AND no surprise my order ticket was left to one side so it wasn’t ready.
The chap looked like he was new to the job as he wasn’t sure how to make the pepperoni and cheese foot long dipper as he prepared a 6 inch dipper instead. This prompted me to remind him and let’s say it didn’t look like the photos of it on the app. I ordered a large portion of waffle fries but they barely had enough for a regular portion so they offered hash browns instead - I tasted them when I got home and both were soggy and didn’t taste nice at all - felt like they were left out for far too long!
As the Subway is located inside a Nisa local store, one of the workers from Nisa local served their delivery driver FIRST who was in the queue behind me, which begged the question “what do I have to do to get this level of service?”. The staff member just apologised and said “you’re next”.

But she served her first, and when she came to ask me for an order, she wasn't listening to me and began making it her own. Read moreGirl was so rude she put a tiny bit of nachos in my thing and I asked for a bit more and she was being rude, I understand portioning is important when working in hospitality but she was so rude and barely filled it it was basically empty. She also used triangle cheese for nachos instead of grated and I’ve had nachos from many subways and they have never used the grated cheese, I then found an onion in my food, I have been coming to this subway for many years and to be treated like this is disgusting.
