I purchased an aubergine courgette quiche from this café less than an hour ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Although the staff was friendly, and the quiche was handed to me in a paper bag, I didn't think to inspect it on the spot—something one shouldn't have to worry about at a reputable café.

However, when I got home and unwrapped it, I was appalled to find that the quiche was covered in mold and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, I paid £7.95 for this! I immediately tried to call the number listed, but despite it being 15 minutes before their closing time, no one answered, and the voicemail said the person was unavailable.

I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and feel cheated. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you're willing to risk paying for...

I remember going to their branch inside hoxton market..which was a nice place to have a coffee or pizza…well managed and nice staff..not sure if this branch is directed by the same people or not but their level of customer service is awful. Their coffee quality and taste definitely doesn’t match the quality of coffee served in nearby cafes. I would totally avoid going to this place. The girl at the till doesn’t bother to reply back to you properly and wants to get rid of you quickly. It was a rainy day and no one bothered to dry mop the floors to make it safe for customers and make sure no one slips. They couldn’t even be bothered to change the toilet brush in the toilet for their customers..the state of it was disgusting. Very disappointing. Never going back...

The lady got us coffee in paper cups and made such a confusion when I said I would have preferred in the other cup, but I didn’t want her to change it. The lady then grabbed my son’s coffee without giving me time to explain that was not my coffee and she insisted she would give it to another customer, I had to run after her and I tried to explain I had already drunk from it, she wouldn’t listen and served my coffee to a man even though I had already had some of it. The lady brought me another coffee. The second time wrong as I had ordered flat white with oat milk and she brought me a cappuccino with cow’s milk. I gave up asking her to change it again. The pistachio cake was old and expensive. It was such a bad experience. Not going back...

I had blueberry cheesecake and english tea and my friend got latte and chocolate cake. The taste of the cheesecake was average and the tea was ok. But for these 4 things we paid around 11 pounds which is quite reasonable. It is a good place for getting some sweets in reasonable price. I haven’t tried other things so can’t comment on them.

We had breakfast in this hidden corner Cafe and we appreciated it a lot. There is a large choices of croissants, cakes and cookies: definitely you are going to find out what you want. The cakes and croissants look amazings. I took a chocolate muffin with americano. Moreover, the service girls are very kind to help you in your choice.
