Where to start! The service - attentive but still casual, really thoughtful, seemingly natural hospitality skills. Cleanliness - the cutlery was so shiny, I could have used it as a mirror! The side of fruit! It was like a little art piece, not a side! So clean and fresh! Beautiful selection of fruits and soo beautifully presented. At first I was wondering should I order it, because some places if you get chopped fruit it doesnât seem the freshest. Iâm so glad I got it, I was like âwhoever made this has finesse and quality!â The dishes in which it was presented were beautiful dimensions, the perfect size and thickness! The patterns and colours were beautiful and again, so shiny and clean. Love how the menu has such a selection of sides. Was there once before and was able to just get 1 vegan sausage :) Felt happily catered for as a vegan even though itâs not a vegan cafe. Oh and where Iâm from, loads of cafes donât do soya milk anymore as they find oat most popular, donât know if London has the same issue but was definitely glad to see this cafe had soya milk. And rooibos tea :) Lovely homely place with staff who obviously care and put such excellent care in to the whole thing...
Read moreI wouldnât recommend eating here on busy days/times.
The food was pretty good â the issue was the service. 11am on a Sunday, 17 tables sat, and one very young server slowly moving about. We sat down and asked him to come wipe our table. He gave it a halfhearted wipe, looked at us and went âthat enough?â
We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, which ordinarily wouldnât be an issue considering the busy time and singular waiter⊠except another table then got sat next to us, their order was taken immediately, and they got their food before we even got our coffee. When we flagged him over and noted weâd been waiting for 40 minutes at that point, the server pushed back and said things were being done in order, even after we pointed out that people that came well after us were being served before us.
At the end, the restaurantâs barista brought us the check and apologized for the service. That was very sweet of her, but unfortunately it does not undo the rather bad...

One day I was in the cafe and asked for the mayonnaise and caught a glimpse of the ingredients which had dairy listed in bold! I was always assured what i was eating was gluten and dairy free. When I addressed the issue to management It was almost made to be a joke of the situation.
After I stopped eating there a years worth of digestive problems started to fade. I contemplated suing the company when I didn't receive any form of apology and was made to look foolish. Instead, I finally feel confident to share my experience in case anyone has allergies or intolerances. Make sure you know what you are ordering. The menu and laws have changed since then so I would only hope this step has been taken care of and management have...
