Certainly, here’s a response that agrees and reinforces the review while adding a bit of structure and empathy: I completely agree with your experience at The Bull in Westfield, and it’s truly disappointing to see how longstanding customers can be treated so poorly. It’s understandable that bringing in a bottle of vegan wine may have been against policy, but there is always a respectful way to handle such situations, especially given that the rest of the group was actively supporting the bar with multiple orders. After an initial misunderstanding, you returned to make amends, even going so far as to apologize twice for the oversight. For the manager to respond by instructing staff not to clear your table, leaving it dirty and unwelcoming, is entirely unprofessional and goes against the spirit of good hospitality. In any service environment, customers—especially loyal ones—should feel respected and valued. It’s concerning to hear about the manager’s dismissive and aggressive behavior toward both clients and staff, as this directly impacts the experience for everyone involved. It’s surprising and disappointing that a venue with a longstanding reputation would retain a manager who behaves this way. The Bull has been a go-to spot for many years, but this kind of experience is enough to make any loyal customer reconsider their patronage.

From the moment we stepped into The Bull Restaurant, the ambiance set the stage for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. The setting was elegant yet inviting, striking a perfect balance that enhanced our evening. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Sirloin Steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was a burst of flavor that melted delightfully in the mouth. It's not just about the cooking technique; the quality of the meat itself was top-notch, making it clear why this dish comes highly recommended. Service was another high point of our visit. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, contributing to a seamless experience. They were prompt without being intrusive, striking the right chord of hospitality and professionalism. In summary, The Bull Restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience with its brilliant atmosphere, superb service, and a truly delectable Sirloin Steak. It's a gem worth visiting for anyone looking to savor great food in a great setting.

Tucked on Westfield’s Southern Terrace, The Bull is the shopping centre’s only pub, a lively oasis just a hop from Shepherd’s Bush Overground Station. This multi-level gem from Young’s & Geronimo Inns, serves up British classics with a side of quirky charm, think mismatched furniture and a vibe that’s half cozy cottage, half sporty hangout. The menu’s a crowd pleaser, with juicy burgers, cracking fish and chips (£18.50), epic Sunday roasts & massive Yorkshires. Vegan options like chickpea hummus shine, and the drinks list boasts craft beers, real ales, and cocktails. Spread over three floors with a terrace and balcony, it’s perfect for people watching or QPR match days. Grab a ground floor spot for quick service; upstairs is great for groups. A solid pub with hearty grub and a buzzing atmosphere, ideal for shoppers or footie fans.

My first time here and it will definitely be my last. I had most awful experience iv ever had I was so disappointed.

I came to have dinner and drink to celebrate my friends birthday it was a booking of 8 of us for 7:30 on Saturday the 14 of January.

It took a hour to just order food and not long after that the manger came .And told myself and my friends that the kitchen can’t put our food orders through as there was a bigger party of people that was booked in around the same time as us.Just because there was more people and in the kitchen there was only two chefs not my problem. I was not happy I told him that we have been here since 7:30 .As the waiter never told us that so the manger went back to ask the chefs to stay later and make sure we get our food. There would be a 1 hour waiting time on food .We did not get our food until 10:30 and half of the group didn’t eat it all.

The service was slow and the food was cold I order chicken pie and mash potato with broccoli and gravy.

The chicken pie was cold and dry inside the mash potato was cold and lumpy the same for the gravy I couldn’t eat it I sent it back.

Also very poor behaviour and not a professional manger called Ian he didn’t know how to be in charge of the restaurant...

Last time I went to the bull it was a rather underwhelming experience. One of the female staff was rude (she was blonde and had a eastern european accent) and the bar service was bad and I was practically ignored. I waited too long for my food and I told myself I would never go there again. That was 3 months ago. For some reason I went with my friend despite my previous visit as we was walking around the shopping centre. Anyways Im glad I did as there was some really good improvements. The staff were very polite and good to chat to as they served me (much quicker and more inviting this time round) and no sign of a few workers I saw last time who made my last visit quite unpleasant. After getting a drink I decided to order food and I only had to wait 15 minutes! It was also nice to have one of the workers come to me and my friend asking if the food was okay (which it really was) Im glad I gave this place a second chance as it now seems to me this is a company that really is aiming to please and improve. I will definitely be going again in the near...
