Have just had to walk out after aggressive/threatening behaviour from a drunk ‘regular’ who staff refused to help me with.

I had to make quick phone call in the quietest corner of the pub during daytime hours. A loud obnoxious drunk behind me started shouting across the room to ‘friends’ (actually off-duty staff) who completely ignored him. He continued shouting in my ear and when I asked him to stop, pointing out I was on the phone to my mum, him and his friend began some very colourful suggestions about what they’d like me to tell my mum they might do to her. They were inches from the phone by this point and she heard every word.

When I asked staff members in question to support/help me, I was taken aside and told that he’s a regular and possibly mentally ill, so I would have to tolerate it.

Genuine apology offered by a lady on the bar as I was leaving but too little, too late. Any member of staff, whether on or off duty, should be more responsible and willing to help in this situation - unfortunately the two lads were more interested in tucking into...

Fun pub reasonably priced on drinks i guess.... For London anyway. Although i have noticed lately they've knocked the price up a bit on beer especially which hasn't sat well with many when it used to be good for a cheap drink, so they've moved on to nicer pubs up the road that cost as much. I go in sometimes when I'm around that way seeing friends, i like it but it can get a bit rowdy, seems to be very male orinated for the most part. There is also this prat who drinks in there, a regular, gets drunk, starts pushing the boundaries, gets up in your face, questions you a lot talks over your voice before you can answer, starts arguments.... One to watch out for.... Blonde hair kirk cobain style, heart tat on his left arm, you'll know him if you meet him. Im sure he's sound sober but drunk, he can make your...

Great pub that's easy to pop in to if you are transferring from the Thameslink line to the tube station. Good TVs and sound system for football and sports. The menu is good and varied with lots of options for upgrades or substitutions (I recommend sweet potato fries). Pricing is medium to high but worth it for the quality of the food, the atmosphere and behavior of other guests. It is family friendly and I can't say for sure it's pet friendly but I have seen dogs inside on several visits which is nice. The gents were in a reasonable condition and the tables and cutlery were very clean. If you want to eat with friends or family on your way into London (positioned on a popular route for events at the O2 arena) you would do well to...

The Raiway has always been a busy pub and had been renovated in recent years. Staff is the best of the place. I have visited this place alot over the years, usually with a few friends. They also offer a bottomless bruch for £25 per person, Sunday from 10 till 2. The selection of beers is good if you like beer and there are a few different lagers. Soft drinks and coffee are available too. I haven't sampled much of the menu but can say the chicken ranch or the burger and dirty chips are very nice. The pub can get extremely full during rugby and football matches. As well as the regulars the student population tend to pass through quite often.

I was here with friends for the Man City vs Arsenal game, it was very busy but we had booked a table in advance. Despite it being busy the service was good. Three pints (two Old Speckled Hens and a Hells lager) cost just under £18. Later I had a double bourbon at around £8.60. Being a Greene King pub they offer a double up for £3 ie. £5.60 for a single, £8.60 a double. They only had two cask ales but did have a good, varied, whisky selection. They do sell food. This is a large pub with lots of tv's so it is ideal to watch live sport. After the game the pub emptied fast. In summary a nice pub in a good location next to the tube station.

A lovely little establishment as you chuck a left out of West Hampstead station on the jubillee line. Very airy due to the the staff being able to open all the windows fully, a most welcome gesture as it was a pretty hot day considering the time of year. The bar staff were lovely and took the time to make small talk whilst getting served. I opted for the classic bangers amd mash, which were very good but at £9:99 i thought was a little overpriced, but standard pricing in Hampstead. I will return if in the area and this boozer would be good in the summer months. Recommended.,
