The Stewart Arms — Restaurant in London

I found the barmaid to be stroppy and unpleasant to me..She barred me in the end because I said to her she pleasant to everyone else with a smile except for me..based on that she got one of her bar staff to throw me out while I had been waiting 3 hours to see a performer, spending money and drinking. I thought the response was slightly over the top and personal. ..I only went there as my first time to see a performer, because I love music and seeing other bands.. I gave her £20 for a drink ,then had to wait for 10 minutes for til to reopen and she then gave my change to someone else..I had to bring it to her attention in the end in a polite manner,I said excuse me my change please. Popped in on way back home from Westfield. Nice to have outside seating. The woman behind the bar is delightful, so friendly to those who are not locals, and so welcoming - an asset to the pub for sure!!🤔 Definitely returning though as not far away and this is a proper pub, which are few and far between in London, and it's worth it for having the moral high ground in manners. I was out with a friend in Shepherd's Bush last night & we head into a pub called The Stewart Arms. We noticed after a few minutes that they had this old ad for a slave auction on the wall.
