T4 — Restaurant in London

"I ordered drinks and didn't even give me a bag during this takeaway covid time and only to certain customers'' Today i went in around 2pm and normally i have great service! Boba is great ! however, the lady who served me i thought was rude because she put the drink in a bag for others whilst i was there and i said 'please can i have a bag too' (i thought that was normal to expect especially since its take away only ) and then she literally just gave me the bag to do it myself. and then she ended up letting another customer collect and put it in the bag for them. I then just decided ok ill do it myself but i tried for 2 mins and i literally couldn't open the bag and asked 'can you help me plz' and she literally looked at and didnt say anything and gave me terrible service! i felt bad as i genuinely needed help to open the bag and i think the manager should train staff better to make customers feel welcome in store to collect drink and give great service to everyone and not only certain customers. thats why i give 3 stars disappointing and i hope you can...

This was the most terrible bubble tea service I have experienced. I visited around 4pm on the 10th of August. Queue wasn't too long, only 4 people in front -- one singular and a group of 3. Despite there being six workers, it took 20 minutes for me to even reach the front of the queue. The group in front of me had received student discount and being a student as well (and my ID with me), I asked the server about the student discount. She said, "What discount?" and then proceeded to ignore my order, leaving me standing there for another few minutes until another worker finally decided to take my order. This was the same worker that had served the people in front of me. After that, it took almost another hour to actually receive my order. ONE bubble tea. There was no space to wait in the shop and I was left to wait for so long outside in almost 30 degree heat. Almost two hours. If I had not paid, I would have left. Me and my partner has always been a loyal customer of T4 ever since they opened here in London. It was a frustrating experience having to wait for over 40 mins for 2 drinks at T4 Westfield White City Branch. By the time that I decided to ask for a refund, 40 mins have passed and they said that I am still on the 9th in the queue. If I would have to wait for it, probably I will have to wait for another hour or more for my drinks. Such a disgrace! And what’s worse, the cashier who refunded me the drink just dropped my refund receipt on the floor which was very inappropriate and uncalled for! The thing is, they prioritise delivery orders instead of in-store orders which makes the waiting time for people who order in-store longer.
