Second Home Holland Park — Attraction in London

After becoming a freelance marketing consultant, I spent a lot of time looking at shared workspaces and generally was uninspired by their corporate feel and it felt just like the offices I had worked in for 2 years.

I wanted something that had a distinct personality, somewhere that felt like home and also where I felt proud to bring guests to.

Thanks to an article in the FT Weekend, I found Second Home Holland Park and I have not been disappointed since I joined as a 'roaming' member.

The Courtyard with its cafe is a really cool place to work and meet people, plus the food & coffee are amazing, thanks Tim!

They hold regular members events and the team, led by Mita, have really made me feel welcome and I really enjoy coming to work, which is exactly what I wanted when I became self-employed.

I can't rave about this place enough and I've not even used my membership to use the other offices they have...

As a believer that the environment you work in shapes your productivity and social life, I find Second Home Holland Park the perfect place to be based at. Awful experience! I booked for 3 days and the last day I didn't even show... The chair was impossible and really uncomfortable... wooden and backless chair! There was a bad smell coming from one toilet for the 2 days.. No cafe open and small bar with a microwave with a horrible undrinkable coffee and broken water fountain..!
