I visit this store on a regular basis as I transit here regularly. However on my last visit I was appalled by the behaviour of the staff. First the woman at the till was on her phone the entire and seemed to be more interested in reading whatever it was on her messages than serving or helping the customers. To the point where she’d pause between customers just to read her phone. Secondly, the barista staff member was just chatting with his coworker resulting in a huge long queue of people waiting. I waited longer than expected and there was only one other customer before me and ended up missing my train. When interrupted his conversation and asked if my latte would be ready soon and he snapped at me saying it’s coming soon. To top it off, he didn’t even put the lid on properly, resulting in the lid flying off asap as soon as I was out of the store. I ended up spilling half the coffee on the way to the station as I was trying to run for my train which I missed due to both team members just chatting and checking their phones. The coffee wasn’t very well made, the drink was scalding hot and tasted burnt. It was not worth the hassle of dealing...

I am a regular customer in Blacksheep coffe shop as I work within the Westfield as a Department/ Premium Manager!

I visit twice a day this coffe shop and the only reason I do come back everyday is thanks to the shop manager Asia and her lovely crew / staff.

I witnessed alot of very complicated situations for example yesterday a customer atacked Asia verbally and got very aggresive to the point I informed Westfield Security to come and observe as I was concerend for Asias safety as she was by herself in the coofe shop. She is an amazing Leader and great person too. Her customer service is excellent , she always goes an extra mile to help customers and my self too. She helped one of my staff while she fainted sitting outside having a coffe, Asia was there helping and getting medical help for my friend. Her caring nature and great sense of humour is the reason we all come back to Blacksheep! The whole Team is superb in there/ friendly and always caring towards customers. They make an amazing coffe and waffles ! I refuse to have cup if coffe anywhere else within the whole Westfield!
