The Volunteer — Restaurant in London

we travelled down to watch the Arsenal V Everton game the night before the game. A group of us all Evertonians have been the Volunteer before, On arrival into the pub we was welcomed with open arms I have travelled to watch Everton everywhere, But this pub and the staff and locals has to be by far the best , They even put food out for us we stayed for about 7 hours solid and not once did we feel not welcome , After a good few scoops we had a ball the locals joined in our songs as we did with theirs , A few of us did the usual dad dancing with the Amazing grace she was brilliant , on behalf of all our group I would like to thank everyone for your fantastic hospitality and we all look forward to seeing you all in the future good look to Spurs once again many thanks in making our stay fantastic In Friendship The...

What a great pub! It was really busy because Tottenham were playing at home and it's the first pub you get to after getting off at Tottenham Hale tube station but the staff were amazing! Really friendly and helpful, it didn't take long to get served with drinks and we ordered food here too. Typical pub grub.....just what you need before going to a match! Living in Tottenham for 32 years I can not tell you how amazed and thankful I am that I found this little gem. From entry to exit the staff are some of the friendliest and most genuine people I've had the luxury of meeting. If you want a quiet drink or a few with friends, this pub offers a comfortable and accommodating atmosphere at all times. If you are a darts fan or just a pint drinker this venue will do nothing but impress. I give my thanks to the owners for always making me feel welcome and I'm sure I will continue coming here for many years to come!...
