Loyal Costa coffee customer I really disappointed today the service i got from this branch. To be honest I wasnāt going to write review after getting rude service but the quality of drink was disappointment and disgusting. Before ordering i have to wait (only customer in the queue) and then this lady she came forward very nice in the beginning i gave my order asked to make me salted caramel frappe with coffee and cream. She asked her colleague to make coffee and while lady was making coffee she started to clean worktop with blue cloth and then she washed that cloth and hand but she didnāt dry her hands while her hands was dripping water she put coffee inside jar where she was mixing with milk and water from her hand was dripping inside my drink. I told her nicely that water from your hand is dripping and that was it she got aggressive and start making my drink aggressively. I told her again that nothing personal its just health and safety issue. And she keep going with that face anyway when she poured my frappe inside cup it was like slime she crushed ice so much it became like slimy and asked me if i asked cream i said yes she put cream on the top(it wasnāt in the fridge was outside in this 40c heat). I still told her thank you. I was driving so I couldnāt drink straight away but when i got first sip it was disgusting it was feeling slimy and that wasnāt enough cream on the top was off so it was tasting sour i felt sick and nauseous. that was it I decided to write review and avoid this branch as much as possible . Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely furious and extremely disappointed with my recent order from Costa Coffee via Uber Eats. I ordered a Chicken and Chorizo Panini and a Choco Fudge Frappe, but only received the Frappe, with no explanation, no message, no call, nothing.
When I asked the delivery driver, he told me the staff at Costa said the Panini was not available and they wanted him to deliver that message to me. He told them itās not his job to inform customers and told them to call me directly, which they never did. They refused to cancel the order, refused to contact me, and just expected the driver to handle it. That is not his responsibility, and it shows how lazy and unprofessional the Costa staff were in this situation.
To make it worse, when I tried to contact the store myself, I found out their phone line is permanently closed. So thereās no way for a customer to follow up or speak to anyone. No contact, no accountability, just a completely broken system.
And if that wasnāt enough, they didnāt even include a straw for the Frappe. A cold drink that clearly needs a straw, and they just sent it without one. Am I supposed to sip it from the lid? Total lack of care.
This was a disaster from start to finish, missing items, no communication, zero customer service, and no way to reach the store. I will never order from Costa again and honestly wonāt even consider walking into one. Completely...

This place is my local shopping place and we usually meet with friends here. 2 weeks ago I purchased a latte and swiped my costa loyalty card then swiped my bank card for payment, however the person who served me said ācard machine not workingā so I thought she was speaking about my bank card, I asked her which card, she kept on repeating her self because she can not understand anyone at all so kept on saying ācard machine not workingā therefore I logged into my online bank account and said to her ālook the payment has gone through, your card machine is workingā but she kept on repeating her self, no answers to my questions at all, so I got frustrated and was waiting next to my friend, not knowing if I will be getting my latte, in the end I got my latte but it was a horrible experience. I also visited costa today with my husband and the latte I and my husband received was really horrible, costa was known for their coffee forget about their staff but atleast give your customers what they pay for, your small latte is atleast Ā£3ās now so not sure why you are employing people who has no idea about making coffee! I really dont like going here anymore because they dont deserve...
