Three O Two — Restaurant in London

We had dinner on Saturday night May 17th 2025. We ordered our meal & chose the flat iron steak with peppers & potato sticks. The first steak was a little chewy. The waiter immediately noticed & offered to replace it. After he had asked several times I said "yes, please". Shortly after that, a new steak and potatoes came out fresh from the grill. That steak was super tender & cooked to perfection! We told the waiter to let the chef know that this was an awesome steak! The entire meal was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's one of the best we've ever had. Our waiter Bhavin was attentive, as well as the rest of the staff, removing plates & any unused items from the table. After our delicious dinner we ordered the cheesecake. That was the best cheesecake we'd ever had. It was unlike any we'd had back in the USA. He said it was Spanish style cheesecake. There was no crust, but there was some crunched up chocolate pieces on the plate, along with the fresh strawberries. It was mouth watering delicious. We topped it off with a hot Americano coffee with crème & sugar. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We will be returning to the restaurant to have another dinner or two before we head out of town. You can really feel that it is a 4* hostel when entering the breakfast room, the quality of the food, the service where you get welcomed with a smile, they explain everything to you, they answer questions with pleasure, as a vegetarian I was really enchanted to see so many vege and vegan options, maybe I'd say that It just lacks a little of vegan option in the English breakfast section, aside that, they serve coffee, tea, plenty of fresh juice (their homemade limonade is delicious), you also have a bunch of French pastries, and also some nice other deserts. H10 London Waterloo will stay in my memory for the rest of my life. We are Australian and visited London on our holiday, unexpectedly my husband has been admitted at the first day to hospital and stayed there for the next 9 Days. I was very hard time for me but all staff of the H10 hotel was very nice, polite, helpful and understanding in every way. Specifically young man Filipe from the restaurant.
