Waterloo Sky Bar — Restaurant in London

I felt frankly myself and my girlfriend (Nigerian) experienced microaggression here. The staff were very unwelcoming to us even after we had been told by hotel staff on the ground floor we were welcome to go up. We were told we couldn't sit on the terrace as it was closing but the guests who were already there were not asked to move. We left without buying a drink which I would never have normally done but the atmosphere suggested we didn't belong there even though we were both dressed up for our anniversary. Our recent visit of the rooftop bar in London Waterloo was sadly a little bit of a letdown. The customer service left much to be desired, with staff seemingly indifferent to the needs of guests. The drinks were unimaginative and poorly executed, lacking any discernible flair or quality. As for the atmosphere, it was virtually nonexistent, Not even the nice city views could make up for this, rendering the entire experience utterly forgettable. Considering the steep prices, this place simply isn't worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a more inviting spot elsewhere...
