I felt frankly myself and my girlfriend (Nigerian) experienced microaggression here. The staff were very unwelcoming to us even after we had been told by hotel staff on the ground floor we were welcome to go up. We were told we couldn't sit on the terrace as it was closing but the guests who were already there were not asked to move. We left without buying a drink which I would never have normally done but the atmosphere suggested we didn't belong there even though we were both dressed up for our anniversary. The customer service left much to be desired, with staff seemingly indifferent to the needs of guests. The drinks were unimaginative and poorly executed, lacking any discernible flair or quality. As for the atmosphere, it was virtually nonexistent, Not even the nice city views could make up for this, rendering the entire experience utterly forgettable. The atmosphere was excellent, and it offered a great viewpoint overlooking London Eye. It wasn't overly crowded, making it suitable for quiet conversations.
