Tortilla Southwark — Restaurant in London

It was a very bad experience, the manager who was in a white shirt, had a terrible attitude towards the clients, there was a couple other than me, and they also felt bad, in a rude way he picked up the trays that this couple had I left it on the table, my quesadilla order was burnt, the manager told me in a very bad way that it was fine, and if I mentioned changing it, but, I was upset. In the end I asked the guy who was serving me to change the product, and he very kindly did so, unfortunately my order was chicken and they made it pork. The staff as such is fine, but the manager, a person who has no customer service. We were 2 different tables, treated in a horrible way. I must add, that I love tortilla food, but tortilla from this location, I won't return...

Awful experience. Ordered food from there and called the store. Spoke to a disgustingly rude French guy and I asked him if he had enough ingredients for my salad because I ordered from there before and paid £17 for half a bowl of salad and he said its the end of the day he has run out so I asked him to cancel the order he said he could not. Then I asked to speak to a manager and he said he did but I know he didn't. And this is what he sent me out of spite. I had to pay £16-17 for this and could not get a refund or replacement. Im not gonna tell u do not go here but this is my experience and I have been a loyal customer since it opened because its near me. This is exactly how it came untouched. I’ve been going to Tortilla for years and love the brand however this location needs urgent attention. I recently found out that rice of any kind causes me to have stomach issues. When I asked for my burrito without rice the man making my burrito refused to do it without rice because he said it would be too “soggy”. So he bullied me into having rice on my burrito and gave me no choice. This needs urgent attention as the lack of care for food allergies shown by the worker could be dangerous for other customers. Our visit was at 14:00 to 14:30 on the 8th of November. Please someone have a chat with this worker.
