STALE STALE STALE!!! I could have gone to Wenzels in the nearby LDO, to Pret or next door to Sainsbury's...no, I chose to try this little place. What's mistake🤦 I bought a croissant (£1.25), and asked for 2 donuts (£0.95 each) but offered a 3 for 2 deal on the donuts. Oh how they must have laughed! They were merely clearing out yesterday's leftovers to the next mug who walked in (that'd be me). I live locally so I discovered this fraud when I got home, looking forward to having a donut and groynd coffee. IT WAS DISTGUSTING. TOTAL TRASH. Couldn't finish it (see photos). Hard, stale looking inside and tasting, somehow even the paltry jam inside also tasted off. Such a disappointment. The store is tiny and judging by the state of my purchase, I don't think they are supplying fresh foods each day. Maybe their pies will be better. I won't know because I'll NEVER be back - not with so many similar shops selling fresh goods...

I am not saying that this store is poor value for money because I recognise that it is London but I feel that the 35p difference is a bit to much for a cup of tea - after all, it is only a tea bag that costs money and this store has no mugs to wash...
