Wenzel's the Bakery — Restaurant in London

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wenzel’s at Brent Cross. The staff were shockingly rude and disrespectful, making what should have been a simple bakery trip an unpleasant experience.

From the moment I walked in, the attitude of the employees was unwelcoming—dismissive tones, eye-rolling, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. When I asked a question about the products, I was met with impatience, as if I were inconveniencing them. There was no attempt to assist or apologize for the poor service.

A bakery should be a place of warmth, but this branch made me feel like an annoyance. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects even minimal professionalism. Management needs to retrain staff on customer...

Unfortunately the food and the service was a 0. Not impressed that as a regular customer I brought some brown round the edges pizza which was so raw it broke apart to then take it back almost immediately as I hadnt even left the shop at this point

This was replaced with the another pizza which was basically the same crispy round the edges and completely raw in the middle. Fix up and stop waste people money. Cook your pizza properly and when someone complaints resolve it don't give them back the same rubbish. Fed up of spending stupid money on something I can't even eat. Im off to buy more...

i came to the shop at 14:27 and i asked to bake a vegan sausage roll for me , because they had last one left and it wasn’t looking fresh. But what i’ve been told is-they can’t do it due to them switching the ovens off , because “ it’s not busy “ . The hot cabinet was half empty, and they close at 18:00 , how is that possible to have ovens off this early?
