This tea shop is highly recommended. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They didn’t just wait for me to ask questions, sometimes they approached me and asked if I need any assistance. They provided decent suggestions. There was a staff called Valentino (not sure if I have spelled her name correctly). She was super helpful and kind in responding all of my questions and make sure I got the best service. I will definitely come back for buying more merchandise due to this reason. She left a very warm memory about London to me. A big thanks B to her! The shop was also very generous in providing versatile tea for free for their guests to try. I basically was full by drinking their tea. It really helped me to choose what I want from so many kinds of tea flavor.

Whittard of Chelsea is in a little 2 floors shop within the Covent Garden market Offers a wide range of tea flavours, coffee and hot chocolate Before buying, you can taste a few flavours of hot beverages (including tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc) using their small paper cups Staff is very friendly and professional and they will be able to assist you to choose the tea, coffee and/or hot chocolate flavour that best suits you My personal favourite hot chocolate flavour is Sticky Toffee Pudding Hot Chocolate Overall, it is really worth a visit to try and buy classic & new tea, coffee and hot chocolate flavours

Beware their promo codes. Even though they advertise them globally (e.g. their "refer a friend" program), they don't work outside of the UK (so their customer service department tells me). And though I was lured into creating an account because of the promo code (which took a few moments), and it took me 4 days to find out why I couldn't use it (the T's & C's make no mention, so I had to await a response from customer support), now it will apparently take 30 days to close my account and be erased from their database. Dreadful, dreadful practices. Maybe their tea is great, but I'll never bother to find out.

If you're wandering around Covent Garden and love tea even a little bit, you have to pop into the Whittard tea shop. It's right in the Market Building and honestly feels like a cozy little escape from the busy streets outside.

The shop is beautiful (especially when decorated during the Christmas holiday season) and is packed with teas, hot chocolates, and all kinds of gift-worthy goodies. The best part? You can try a bunch of stuff before you decide what to buy. The staff is super friendly and know their stuff, so don't be shy about asking for recommendations. They cater to both locals and tourists alike, and it's a very friendly, welcoming shopping experience.

They've got all the classics like Earl Grey and English Breakfast, but also some more unusual blends that'll elevate your everyday cup. I'm obsessed with their Covent Garden Blend and Milk Oolong. It's also a great place to stock up on gifts (or treats for yourself). Everything feels really high-quality, but the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

I always leave Whittard with a bag full of tea and goodies. Whether you're a die-hard tea fan or just curious, it's totally...

Misleading Information About Product Change – So Disappointing!

I’ve been a regular customer of Whittard and have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, I’m very disappointed with a recent experience involving your Hazelnut coffee.

When I noticed the packaging had changed, I asked the shop manager if it was just the packaging or if the product itself had changed. She assured me it was only the packaging. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue. Not only is the coffee noticeably different in taste and quality, but many other customers have also shared the same concerns on your website.

It’s frustrating to feel misled—especially by a brand I’ve trusted for years. Transparency with loyal customers is crucial, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future...
