Wingstop Kentish Town (Delivery Only) — Restaurant in London

My bestie and I have dreamt of having Wingstop for such a long time. We would send each other Wingstop tik toks and talking about how much we want to try it (raising canes as well). upon ordering we were charged over £30, for 4 items off the menu. Once out food came, we were disappointed with the portion size of the chicken. the 'tenders' were no larger than a McDonald's chicken nugget and was dry. the loaded fries were loaded with nothing more than OIL. Wet, Soggy, far too much spice. The company also failed to deliver the extra sauces and dips that we had payed for. Dream = crushed..... we shan't be ordering your over priced wet chicken again. P.S Where's the Louisiana rub and Brazilian Citrus Pepper??? Food came quick within 20 mins of ordering, however the wings were not even at room temp.. cold to the touch. Complete disregard for food safety and no respect to the customer. I'm here to say how amazing these guys are. Yes the food is amazing but what really sets them a part from the competition is simple. Great customer care. It was so hot yesterday and they put a big tub of Ice cream in a bag for me, free of charge. Now that is appreciation. Thank you once more.
