Disgusting and completely unprofessional service by an aggressive and verbally abusive female member of staff. We will certainly NOT return again. Whilst visiting Manchester and enjoying a steady social evening with close friends a blonde female member of staff approached without any warning and displaying clear signs that she was agitated and had lost all emotional professionalism due to her body language and disposition. This staff member was beyond ignorant and proceeded to vent out her frustrations on my group by swearing multiple times and shouting abuse at us, making completely false accusations and threatening to eject us for no reason whatsoever. After challenging her unprofessional and abusive behaviour she then became agitated further and lied to the door staff who then asked us to leave which we did compliantly and voluntarily without issue despite the despicable service and behaviour received. We have since been left shocked that an employee could be so disrespectful, aggressive and unprofessional made worse by the fact she proceeded to follow us outside and attempted to square up to a female party member causing further alarm and distress. Her behaviour was completely unjustified and I truly cannot express just how outrageous she was. I was responsible for organising our company Christmas party this year and decided to go to Kiely's after we had been to the Crystal Maze. The team, Charlotte in particular, were all very helpful in the preparation process from sending me information and sorting out pre ordering some food and drink.
