I don't normally write reviews (good or bad) but feel compelled to in this instance.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch with my 4 and 2 year old children.

I wanted to order orange juice for them and only apple juice showed up as an option on their online ordering system. One of the servers explained that orange juice wasn't available that day due to supply issues (understandable) so the only option was apple juice - I therefore ordered two apple juices (as part of two "Big Boss" deals).

However, it turned out that apple juice was not available either. We were delivered two empty cups for the kids, after ten minutes or so of waiting I enquired with the manager, who explained that apple juice wasn't available and therefore not an option on the online ordering (which it was, of course, because I managed to order it). He then suggested I get cordial or soft drink from the machine to give to my kids (I understand other parents give their kids cordial/soft drink which is totally fine, but my personal preference is not to) - so I politely requested a refund on principle for the beverage component of their "Big Boss" (kids) meals. I can't remember the amount, it was of course a small amount, maybe 1-2 pounds but he scoffed and said 'what, you want me to refund x pounds to you?' to which I confirmed yes.

Some 15 minutes later when he was walking past I asked very politely if he could process the refund when he had a spare moment to which he replied "I've already done it in the office upstairs, you should get the refund in a few days" (to my credit card). I never received it.

Totally atrocious service by the manager. Thankfully one of the servers was really friendly (neither staff members' names I can remember) and he partly made up for a very negative experience, hence the 2 stars.

On a separate note, the food was horrible and of terrible value. The photo here is of a "Pepporoni Feast" pizza, described on the menu as "Pepperoni, pepperoni, and more pepperoni". I think there was on average one 1mm thick slice of pepperoni per triangle of pizza, i.e. about 6mm of pepperoni for the entire 9" pizza! For your information if you order this pizza individually with the salad bar it will set you back £11.79.

Do NOT spend your money at this establishment. They don't deserve...

Absolutely everything from start to finish was wonderful. We spent a lot of the time overwhelmed by the amount of food places available in the area and you just don't know if the food and service is ok and which place to choose. It was a worry we might not get food on time to go to the event at the arena that evening or the food is good or if the service was poor . Thankfully we were reassured from the start .We chose pizza hut because we heard laughter and saw a happy server from the outside and the smells were incredible from the door , luckily we did and got Mike the happiest and most incredibly friendly helpful server and great food ! Service was incredibly easy , loved the phone order from the table ! So simple and easy and no worries about wating for a server who can be rushed of their feet at times, instead the servers could relax and look after everyone . You can opt to not use this service if you cant for any reason or have no phone Loved this concept and it worked so quickly and easy to follow and use , we were able to see what we wanted and order and pay without worrying about asking for the bill and waiting , fantastic time saver and fantastic for the servers to spend time with the customers . Also I imagine it would be fanatic for language barriers , helpful for understand and seeing in detail the menu in your language what your choosing without worrying . We could relax without a worry about time and long waits and we were so relieved that we did not have to spend time worrying about waiting for a service just relax with tasty food . The food was incredible and good quality , tasted amazing ! Fantastic idea the phone order at the table and we love it so much and we will definitely use pizza hut again before any event because we know it will be so simple and we would never be late , it is nice to know pizza hut cares about their customers and staff , it shows in all aspects . I would highly recommend to anyone...

you know? last time 2019 december i visited this place, the employee and manager if i don't wrong. are racist. we going there 5 people, they act like we're not visible, taking longer time to take our order, and when another local people come in they act so fast and welcome them. then after we ordered our food, we wait too long and they keep coming back and forth to passing our table make us uncomfortable but when we want to order additional something they never been there to take our order. after that they make us uncomfortable in "soft way" to make us quickly leave the restaurant keep talking between store manager and employee like we've been long inside, mate we want to order you don't even bother looking at us mate, that is rude and now you want us to leave quickly??? and the employee and someone like store manager hinted to like chase away us. NOT RECOMMENDED, dudeeee why so many people STILL RACIST AND unacceptable. i don't get it all the people is same, and hope that they get their own karma to reap what they sow!!!! and a lot of place in UK still so many racism we experienced.
