Staff was much more interested chatting and gossiping than taking the order from me. I was the only person in the queue and no one else was waiting for their coffee. Staff was not listening to me when I tried to order my coffee because when I said "oat latte", she laughed at the comment made by her colleague, replied to that comment and then apologised to me that she didn't listen and asked to repeat my order.

I sit down on the nearby chair and I could constantly hear she was gossiping about colleagues with a different colleague. When she finished, she put the latte on counter and keep chatting with colleague. After some time, she wanted to take my attention and she said "hey buddy...buddy!". When I looked at her, she said "your coffee is awaiting for you" and the second colleague laughed when she said that. I don't know what funny it was but I never experienced anything like that in any coffee shop.

First of all, whoever heard of a Starbucks that doesn't accept the Starbucks app for rewards? Literally every single one I've been to in the UK accepts the app but apparently this one is different 🤷‍♂️ The assistant who took my order got my wife's order wrong, despite repeating it back to us at point of purchase and also when handing it over at the end. He also put the wrong name on the cup despite again, repeating it back at point of purchase. So we didn't even know that our order was ready because the wrong name was stated at the end.
