Five Guys Burgers and Fries Milton Keynes — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Awful experience. Totally inept staff. Can’t get a basic order right to save their lives. When the food came they were all missing the cutlery in the bags so had to go back downstairs & get these. Then find out the food is totally undercooked & the bacon was so measly & thin beyond all recognition. Complained to the manager called “Charlie” whose attitude was also contemptible & did nothing. A total joke of a place.

And to see all of the many other similar reviews on here saying the same thing just shows that this is not an isolated incident & clearly the standards there are complete garbage.

Also, got robbed off by the feedback email essentially blindly defending their staff & disgraceful excuse of food they served up & made absolutely no comments on the complaints raised to the manager Charlie. They basically remind me of the UK government. They get found out for serving absolute pony & then defend the indefensible.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Tried a regular cheeseburger and chips but couldn't eat a single thing. Chips were covered in loads of salt (a colleague also tried one and agreed they were way too salted), so I left those scattered in the greasy bag and tried the burger. Burger bun had gone soggy within a minute of them cooking it and the whole thing fell apart twice before I could take a bite. First bite was horrible - like the meat was on the verge of going bad. Took the greasy bag and contents back to the counter to complain where the guy offered me another nasty burger and over-salted chips, I refused and walked away still hungry. Would not recommend and way over priced compared to other fast food places, other better burgers are available just 100 metres away for...

It's gone downhill big time. Waited a long time for my burger and people who ordered after me got their burgers before me which was annoying. I ordered 2 small bacon cheese burgers and fries, nothing crazy! The burger wasnt hot when I got it, and greasy. The taste has stayed in my mouth hours later which is unusual for 5 Guys. There's a load of competition now so no need for the poor standards and expense. I feel like the staff preparing the food are all kids who don't give a shit and that's shown in the end product. Not impressed after spending £26 so I won't be back to any 5 Guys again when there is a load of independent street food places popping up with tastier,...
