Turkish delight — Restaurant in Newark and Sherwood

Used to order here regularly and really enjoyed the food, don't order takeaways quite so much now but decided to get one last night, food didn't come as requested and when called, the person on the phone pushed the blame on me and put the phone down before I was finished speaking, called back to explain an item paid for was also missing, again very abruptly said would call the driver and hung up the phone, missing item was later delivered but food wasn't corrected. Long standing...

Amazing food especially the Shish kebabs..

5 stars for the food 1 star for the poor service if you get your order wrong. so 3 stars seems fair.

only issue is its slow delivery and sometimes its wrong, stopped using it only cos if this problem.. When we order usually £50 or more so i kinda expect them to treat us as valued customers as its once a week we order, not obviously always kebab and burgers... but i would say twice a month... i do miss it. but the option we use now is...

Food is mediocre, and delivery driver had a terrible attitude! Complains to the customer he has 'been waiting 10 minutes' after knocking on the wrong door! Then when I tell him I left a note on the order saying 'use the front door' he says 'i never deliver here again' and tries to physically take the order out of my hands! I had to tell him to get off my property! Don't waste your time with this place, we only used it as it's the only place open... Honestly...
