-extremely aggressive delivery driver -was beeping at me on his way in and out -confrontational and was raising his voice -accused me of calling him a liar all because i didn't pick up a call from him telling me he's on his way? (that i returned not even under a minute later with no response)

Ordered here for the second time as I gave them the benefit of the doubt before. After placing my order on JustEat I wanted to add pepperoni on both the pizzas which was confirmed on a phone call that it was £4 (which is a rip off as its only £1 on the app). I called them a minute later to change it and they said it was too late which I said Ok to. When the driver arrived I handed him the £4 and he was overly polite and contrasted significantly to my last encounter with him. Only to find out that one of the pizzas had pepperoni and the other one was plain. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU into thinking you are in the wrong. They have a psychology and business degree in knowing how to scam and trick the minds of us decent citizens!!

They scammed me for my money, time, happiness and forgiveness. I hope that £4 was worth that despicable and unethical behavior towards uni student who are new...

I’m absolutely appalled by the customer service I received today. The way I was spoken to was rude and completely unprofessional something you wouldn’t expect from any business. The issue started with a phone call due to an Uber delivery, and instead of being treated with respect, I was met with attitude and a dismissive tone. On top of that, I was left standing outside in the cold for an hour waiting for my food. When it finally arrived, the food was practically thrown at me, and there was no apology or even a simple acknowledgment of the situation. This is not how a paying customer should be treated.

What makes this worse is that there was no apology or any sign of responsibility for the bad service. I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than a customer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and frankly, it goes against the basic expectations of customer service. If you want to be treated with respect and decency, I strongly suggest you avoid this place. I left feeling upset and disappointed, and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I hope management takes notice and makes changes to improve how they treat...

I was appalled by the experience at this establishment. My card was initially declined, and rather than displaying even a hint of professionalism, the older gentleman at the counter was outright rude to my friend. When the payment eventually went through, he saw fit to insult my friend further. The behavior exhibited by the staff is nothing short of disgraceful, particularly coming from men of their age.

The condition of the restaurant only compounds the issue. The furniture is bolted down and shockingly unhygienic—a clear reflection of the disregard for basic standards. The food, if it can be called that, was equally substandard. The burger was dry, topped with a single, pathetic slice of cheese, and the meat tasted like cardboard, bearing no resemblance to real food. The salad was carelessly assembled, and to top it off, the buns were practically incinerated.

This place is an absolute mockery of what a dining establishment should be. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The behavior of the staff and the quality of the food are beyond unacceptable.
