Horrible experience. The delivery driver was late, he went to the wrong address even though my address was correct on the right address, he kept demanding I come out of the wrong address and threatening not to complete the order, I'm not sure how I can come out and meet him at the wrong address. Once he finallly realised this wasn't going to work at the wrong address he made his way towards my address but instead of coming to my address he decided to park in the middle of the road and demand I come to the car to collect the food, I mentioned that I was on crutches and could not do that, Can he please just come to the door as stated in the delivery but again he was rude and difficult, I managed to pull myself out and collect the food to which he was surprised to actually see me on a crutch. The bag wasn't sealed, the food was cold and missing parts which insinuates that Dixy Chicken delivery drivers are helping themselves to customer food....

The person who is receiving the calls right now at the time between 6pm to 7pm, is the worst and rude person ever talk with. Did ring to give an order for delivery, his tone and way od speaking was so bad, je was talking like he is going to give me that food as charity, but i did bear him. After 10 minutes when i rang back again just to ask him to add one more pizza in my order, he said that don't call again or i will cancel your order. I was been very polite with him during both calls but he was so disgusting and ill mannered. He was treating me in a shameful way. When i asked him to tell his name he said that he will not tell me his name and will cancel my order. Will definitely not recommend and its surely not suitable for the person who is looking for some respectable way of...

Useless staff. Either outside smoking or lying to you. Comes in to serve us 5 mins after we walked in past them having a cigarette. Then tells us 2 mins for food. After 5 mins waiting I asked. He said 3 mins on the chicken. The timer actually said 5. They didnt even have anything ready but continued to lie to us. Completely ruined the whole experience for us. Food wasnt even worth the wait after all that. Never going. back. Never recommending to...
