Charco An' Blaze — Restaurant in Nottingham

I rarely ever leave reviews on anything especially negative but I'm just super disappointed. The order took over 1 hour to arrive which I'm willing to forgive because we ordered late at night and I understand issues can arise but on top of the insane wait time the food arrived stone cold, one of the things in our order was the brownie crepe and it's so cold it's impossible to cut into, literally feels frozen I can't imagine it even having been warm :/ we also got churros and a burger and it was all stone cold, the only saving grace really is the milkshakes are alright.

Again this would usually be no big deal we can just chuck food in the microwave or whatever, won't taste as good as when it's freshly hot/warm but you know it's fixable, however the long wait time AND the food being stone cold is just really disappointing, then on top of that there was no communication from the restaurant and the food wasn't cheap at all! Our order came to over £30 which is a lot to spend and it was supposed to be a treat so to be disappointed is just a big shame.

I don't post this to ridicule anyone in the process of making and delivering this order I just had to give feedback because I would really hate for this to happen to someone else and in hoping at least the people at the store will see this and improve on these aspects.

I hate to post a negative review and this genuinely might be the first and only one I've ever written, I just don't think it would be fair to other people wanting to order to not write about...

One of the worst kebabs I have ever ate..the chips were undercooked and were not cooked properly and the kebab meat tasted horrible. The naan bread was hard also, and I do not like this at all. The sauces were not nice nor was the salad on the naan. I called in and I said the chips were undercooked and not cooked properly, the owner and the restaurant worker were being emotionally abusive and they gas lighted and said “they are cooked properly.” They were not cooked properly as I was the one who was eating it. The owner and the restaurant worker at this place were dishonest and emotionally abusive and I do not tolerate their behaviours at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of disrespect whatsoever. Their behaviours the owners and the restraunt workers behaviours were disrespectful, dishonest, lying, and emotionally abusive and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. The kebab at this place with the naan chips and kebab was the worst kebab...

First time trying this place as naga doner on the menu not many places do this is Nottingham. Ordered 2 naga doners with salad garlic mayo mayo and mild chilli on them. When eaten it was way too hot, very hot, portion was a good size worth the £16 I spent for both but the doner was way too hot not enjoyable literally scorching which I didn't understand why would they make it extreme hot naga is nice but not like this might aswell drink hot chilli sauce. Ended up on the toilet with blood in stools. Still haven't called in to tell them. Would not recommend it as it's lethal will make you ill that's how...
