Fantastic system in place for getting in via the scanning of a QR code... even if it lets the people that are behind you in first (even though both of us were parties of 2 and like I said we scanned the QR code first!)
Food is what it is, expensive for what it actually is but nonetheless edible and plenty of it & the real thing is being able to mix and match menu items to create the ultimate dish.
The ordering system is absolutely brilliant and didn’t have too long to wait for it to come.
Bottomless soft drinks nice idea in theory but hard to grab any of the busy staff’s attention to get them to refill so a bottomless soft drink that is actually bottomless.
Staff disinterested and too busy, dropping things as they were rushed off their feet. One girl with blue hair could to with a smiley course or perhaps finding a job that she’s more suited to, because service isn’t her area of expertise. There’s no point of having a face mask system if she, the front of house staff member, stands there with the mask below her nose!
Overall a pleasant experience but nothing overwhelming for...
Read moreMy friend and I were on our way to watch "Punch" at The Nottingham Playhouse and as we work long hours at a GP Surgery we needed to grab something quick yet healthy so we popped into Nando's, King Street, Nottingham. We were honest with our amazing server, Mackenzie (I asked his name so I could rave about him as he was astounding) We went to place our order and the female who served us wasn't as helpful as Mackenzie was if I can be honest, I asked about Blue Light discount and she was quite unhelpful.. however I did have my ID card on me so we were given something off. The food was quickly delivered to our table and Mackenzie was attentive. Food was deeelishush! We had to run off quickly as the play had already begun. After the performance we ran to the bus stop outside Nando's and I knocked on the door to see if I could but a Pastei de Nata for my colleague, and Mackenzie blew us away by gifting us 5 of the tarts as they were closed and going to waste! Wow!! Thank YOU SOOOOOO much to your amazing team! Definitely coming back! Mackenzie deserves an award, nothing was too...
Read moreBrilliant place, 3 generations went for lunch and it was great. Staff were absolutely 💯 % on point. Looked after my elderly mother brilliantly, served the food efficienlybabd with no delay. The picture on the wall of Mobuto Seseseko a decorators touch of genius that resonated with both my mother and I as were from that generation that remembers. Definately touched us as we do know Nandos true roots and influences. The space instore is fabulous and If you look at the ceiling as you enter they have used rattan matts as a ceiling. Anyone from souther Africa who was born and raised would instantly recognise and identify. How many babies were left to play on that and how many were seen and embedded in that bit of nostalgia. Wow well done on all fronts. The players a mixture of central and Southern African local music. Ja praisure, papa wemba etc. Was most impressed well done. Parking was just round the corner literal 2 min walk. All in all solid, impressive knocksd it...
