DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order over the phone at around 2:15am. Part of this order was a chicken fillet burger with large chips. It arrived fourty-five minutes later and to my dismay, even after being very specific with my order (i wanted mayo and lettuce on the burger) it came dry. Also there were exactly 14 chips in my box (could count with one look) without salt as I had also requested. I assume however careless this was that it was an honest mistake. I called back as soon as I realised and the person I spoke to was very dismissive although he agreed that the next day he would send me the correct order to make up for it. I agreed, even though this meant I had to order again from somewhere better. The next day when I called back, I was passed around from unhelpful to unhelpful person. At one point, they just started ignoring my phone calls! I was completely shocked, I have never recieved such bad customer service and I encourage nobody to purchase from this place. Order was delivered wrong, ordered a double cheese burger with chips lettuce and no mayo, that was correct, ordered a chicken burger with Donna meat and chips with mayo and lettuce, showed up without donna meat, the delivery guy also over charged me, I phoned them and told them they confirmed I had been overcharged but Also insisted that Donna meant was served, it was not, they told me the delivery guy would return the cash I was overcharged and he never showed up, when I phoned them again they kept saying that they couldn't hear me. I would just like the world to know never to go to this place to eat it has the most bland t food I've ever come across . I was a very disappointed and so were my colleagues the food was tasteless unimaginative and I'm not going there again and I suggest that no one else goes there again and so it becomes bankrupt and goes out of business. Having complained i spoken to a member of staff I was passed on to the manager who didn't listen to my complaint but tried to tell me the virtues of his place I can only reiterate the appalling presentation of the food and the blend tastes just...
