To begin with the food, it was horrible. I ordered the chicken and mac loaded fries and it was genuinely the worst loaded fries in all of Nottingham. Mac n cheese tasted like they bought it from the corner shop and slapped it in a microwave, chips tasted like they fried them for 20 seconds and slapped it in my box, they definitely weren’t fully cooked. The chicken over my fries was a hit and miss, majority of the pieces were tough and chewy but a few pieces were alright. The cheese sauce over the fries tasted quite sickening, it had a sweet taste but made me feel like throwing up after tasting and smelling it. Over the entire food, the seasoning was a 0/10, as there was no seasoning anywhere, not on my fries nor on the mac n cheese.

Next, the service. I ordered this online, and the driver had me come outside in the cold to collect my food because they claimed they couldn’t “find my house” although they were parked up right in front. This just showed how lazy their drivers are. It also took me 20 minutes longer than expected to receive my food in the first place, even though my order was scheduled… This order wasn’t given by an uber driver, it was from their personal driver as they told me when I went to collect the food, so I couldn’t even complain to Uber. The food was just above a tenner, so I wasn’t bothered to complain for a refund but I had to feed half of it to my dog before throwing the rest of it away.

Overall, I’d definitely not recommend this place, and I definitely won’t be coming back again. Terrible food, matched with poor...

Superb experience: Shop feels very vibrant and welcoming, I really love the vibe. Friendly staff The food, probably why you're reading the review, is absolutely outstanding. Speaking as a guy who loves a nice cheat meal, this is definitely the spot to go to. Me and my girl bought the duo box which came with 2 burgers of your choice, 8 wings, 2 chickens with cheese (not too sure what they're called) and loaded fries. When I tell you that everything was perfect, I mean it. I'm a gym guy and this munch box filled me up to the point where I could barely walk. Everything was delicious and there was no favourite, burger was juicy and delicious, fries were actually loaded with nice sauce and meat, the chicken was super tender and lovely and the wings were the best wings I've ever ate.

If you're looking for a genuine spot to treat yourself this is the one. The food looks just as good as it tastes if you've seen videos so it's DEFINITELY worth a try and the value for money...

First time I went there when it opened and I was disappointed, but nevertheless I thought it was a new business and everyone deserves a second chance and visited again for second time!

I ordered the usual Angus burgers and can honestly say this was the worst Angus beef burger I ever had in my life. The meat was dry and pink in the middle, I have had many Angus and Wagyu burgers many times in other takeaways, and pablo burger taste felt like the meat was old and very dry.. it was angus but was awful!

I tried your place twice now so I am happy not to attend again. The service was good by the 2-3 lads who were at the counter but if the food is disappointing then the service is disregarded by the customer, because overall it was a bad experience with the food!
